Flexibility

Dependable rotas, requests for particular shifts where possible and limits on overtime help you balance work and everyday life. Working hours and shifts depend on the role and department. Staff can join the flexible staffing pool where required.

The opinions and ideas of our own team matter to us. Every member of the Manhagen team is therefore encouraged to submit at least one suggestion or idea to the management team each year.
